Tim Ware - Managing Director

Tim Ware, MRICS started Knight Frank Zambia in 2002. His is Managing Director and has over 14 years experience in the Zambia market as well as advising clients in Angola and the DRC. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 and worked in the UK market for eight years. An all round General Practice Surveyor, he specialises in consultancy, property development and leasing.

Alan Seymour - Head, Commercial Agency

Alan joined Knight Frank in 2008. He has over twenty years experience as a commercial broker in the Canadian marketplace, with extensive knowledge of both leasing and investments markets. He has worked closely with levels of government, pension funds and institutional investors on leasing, research and consulting mandates, as well as portfolio rationalisation, acquisitions and dispositions.

Kangwa Chokolo – Head, Residential Agency

Kangwa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in London Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), joined Knight Frank in 2006 and is Team Leader of the residential sales and lettings department.

Harmony Chiboola – Director, Valuation Department

Harmony, BSc (Real Estate), MRICS, MSIZ, joined Knight Frank in 2005. He is Team Leader of the valuation department and has over 11 years experience throughout Zambia as well as the DRC. A General Practice Surveyor, he specialises in residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial property valuations.

Russell Drummond – Head, Urban Planning and Development

Russell, BSc (Hons.), PG Dip. Surv. AssocRICS joined Knight Frank in 2010. Russell provides specialist planning and development advice. He has worked in the UK property market as a consultant and as a planning consultant in Ghana where he advised the Government of Ghana on a national planning policy. In Zambia, he has undertaken market analysis, development appraisal and risk analysis, portfolio analysis, and prepared development strategies and implementation mechanisms for a variety of clients.
